Experience a relaxing accommodation in Orava, where you will feel at home. Villa Roháčka is an ideal choice for families, friends and smaller teambuilding under the majestic Roháče Mountains.
In 2023 we lovingly built this 3-apartment wellness house in the picturesque Habovka (part of Studienky). In its creation, we put emphasis on natural materials such as wood, clay, stone and metal, which together with soft colors create a cozy atmosphere.
On the walls, the Orava heroes, from the village of Leštiny, applied healthy clay plasters, which together with the wood on the walls ensure that Villa Roháčka breathes and its visitors can feel the pulse of life connected with nature during their stay there.
The rooms of our Villa Roháčky are decorated and at the same time cosy with paintings depicting the treasures of Orava and Slovak nature and architecture from ancient times captured by the perceptive heart, attentive eye and magical hands of the Orava painter Václav Bobek – VBart.
The villa offers three self-contained apartments, a wellness area, a ski storage room, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and a shared washer and dryer. We also think green – there is a WALL BOX for electric cars (for a fee).

Relax in our cosy Apartment No. 1, ideal for 4-5 people. This 45 m² apartment with its own large terrace is designed for your comfort and offers:

Apartment No.2 - medium
Spacious and comfortable apartment for larger families or groups. It offers accommodation for 4 to 7 people on the area 86 m² + 22 m²:
- 2 rooms with double bed, with extra bed and shared balcony.
- A “cuckoo” window for maximum relaxation with coffee, tea or a book.
- Fully equipped kitchen + wine cellar
- living room with large sofa, connected to the kitchen. The dominant feature is the wood-burning stove
